Rich Talarico

Rich TalaricoRich studied at iO (formerly ImprovOlympic) under the direction of Charna Halpern and Del Close. While at iO, Rich played on the teams “Mr. Blonde” & “Faulty Wiring”, understudied “Dynamite Fun Nest” with legendary improv team, “The Family”, and played with the long running “Armando Diaz Experience, Theatrical Movement and Hootenanny.”

Also while at iO, Rich co-created the long-form shows “Strap Heads”, “Trio”, “Close Quarters”, “Dasariski”, and co-created and starred in the scripted shows “Hamlet The Musical” and “The Roof is on Fiddler.”

Rich, also an alum The Second City and UCB theaters , is an actor/writer/producer living in Los Angeles whose writing credits include “MADtv”, “Saturday Night Live”, “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno”, “Frank TV”, HBO’s ”The Sketch Pad”, “The Naked Trucker & T-Bones Show”, and is currently a a staff writer for Comedy Central’s “Key & Peele.”.
